Hotel Accommodations: A block of rooms has been set aside for PMMI at a confirmed rate of $149 per night for single/double occupancy. Reservations must be made online before Friday, June 28, 2013 to secure this rate. After this date, reservations will be taken at best available rate.

Airport: O'Hare Airport
Hyatt Shuttle
Cost: Complimentary. Pick Up Details: From baggage claim, please follow the Red Arrows to "Shuttle/Bus Center." Take Elevator 3 or 4 and go to level 1-Chicago Cubs. Look for the Hyatt Rosemont BLUE shuttle bus. Reservations are not necessary; shuttle picks up in front of Door #1 every 30 minutes. For any questions please call (847) 518-1234.
*Please note that there are two Hyatts in Rosemont, and you are looking for the shuttle to Hyatt Rosemont on River Road, not Hyatt Regency O'Hare on Bryn Mawr.
Taxi: Approx $10 one way. Pick up in Bus/shuttle center Door #1 (Same as hotel shuttle).
Airport: Midway Airport
Omega Airport Shuttle: 773-483-6634
Cost is $15 one-way per person. Pick up is at door #13 outside lower baggage claim. Runs from 7:00 am - 7:00 pm. Shuttle drops off at O'Hare Airport, then you take the Rosemont comp hotel shuttle to the Hyatt Rosemont.
Taxi: Approx $40 one way. Pick up in baggage claim area.
Hotel Parking
Complimentary covered parking is available in an adjacent 350-space garage operated by the village of Rosemont. Long term parking is not available at the property. Please note the maximum height clearance is 6'8". Should you require parking for oversized vehicles, please contact the hotel front desk manager 24 hours prior to your arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellation must be received by the PMMI Meetings Department. Send an email to meetings@pmmi.org no later than ten business days prior to the event in order to receive a refund, minus a $100 cancellation fee. Refunds will not be granted to NO-SHOWS or those cancelling after ten business days.
