Hotel Information

The 2013 MarketTrends Roundtable Conference is being held May 14-15, 2013 at the Intercontinental Chicago O’Hare Hotel.

Hotel Parking: $22.00 for self-parking per day and $34.00 for valet per day. 

Hotel Accommodations: PMMI has made reservations for staff and non-member speakers. All others must book direct with the Intercontinental Chicago O'Hare Hotel.

A block of rooms has been set aside for PMMI at a confirmed rate of $189 plus tax per night for single/double occupancy. Reservations must be made before Monday, April 22 to secure this rate. After this date, reservations will be taken at best available rate.

Transportation

Airport: The closest airport to the hotel is O’Hare Airport.

Hotel Shuttle: The InterContinental Chicago O’Hare Hotel provides a complimentary airport shuttle between the hotel and O'Hare Airport. Once you arrive at baggage claim, go to the bus/shuttle area between door 1 and 2. Shuttle service operates every 20 – 30 minutes.

Taxi: Service from the airport to the hotel is approximately $15.

Cancellation Policy: If cancellation should be necessary, written or email notification to PMMI is required ten (10) business days prior to the first day of the conference. You may receive a full refund, minus a $100 administrative fee, up to and including the 10th business day before the conference. If you find that you cannot attend, and it is less than ten (10) business days before the start of the conference, you may send a replacement, with written notice to PMMI. If you are unable to send a replacement, you forfeit your registration fee.
