International Trade Show Assistance Program

With this PMMI member benefit, member companies exhibiting for the first time at qualified trade shows outside of North America, specifically selected by PMMI, are eligible to get a reimbursement for up to $7,500 in financial assistance from PMMI to apply toward the cost of floor space and booth decoration packages. Members must be approved prior to requesting reimbursement. Only General Members are eligible.

PMMI will reimburse the money directly to the member after the end of the show and within 15 days of receiving an invoice from the member requesting the reimbursement for up to $7,500 towards exhibit space and decoration package.

 

 

Other Shows Eligible for Trade Show Assistance Funds:

PMMI has slots available for shows where PMMI does not have a pavilion - the approved list of shows where funding can be used is below. Funds are on a first-serve basis and a maximum of two sister companies (owned by the same parent company, but each maintaining an individual PMMI membership) could each apply for trade show assistance for the same show in the same year. Qualifications

In order to qualify:

  1. Must be a PMMI member company in good standing.
  2. First time participating at that specific show.
  3. Member company must be part of the PMMI Pavilion (if applicable at the trade show).
  4. Trade show must be outside of North America (EXPO PACK shows are not included).
  5. ONLY General members are eligible for this program.
     

Funds will be applied on a first come first served basis, and members can only apply for one trade show per calendar year.
