Enrique Guzmán Sánchez Named EXPO PACK Director
Reston, VA; October 4, 2012 - PMMI is pleased to announces the appointment of Enrique Guzmán Sánchez as EXPO PACK director. Mr. Guzmán, formerly Manager, PMMI Latin American Office, moved into the position on August 1. In addition to EXPO PACK México, he is responsible for the organization of the newest PACK EXPO trade show, EXPO PACK Guadalajara, which debuts February 27–March 1, 2013, in Guadalajara, Jalisco.
Mr. Guzmán, who obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey, and a Master’s degree in Management of Organizations by the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Mexico, UNAM, says, “EXPO PACK México is the leading packaging and processing trade show in Latin America. EXPO PACK Guadalajara consolidates our primary position and offers the industry a platform for businesses in western Mexico.”
The PMMI Latin America Office was established in 1993 for the purpose of bringing end users and suppliers of packaging and processing technology together through different services, events and trade shows.
“For more than 20 years EXPO PACK México has been the center of the industry in the region. With the support of Enrique Guzmán and the launching of EXPO PACK Guadalajara, we reinforce our commitment to the industry,” says Jim Pittas, vice president of Shows of PMMI.
