Inline and offline inspections systems are provided

Online or offline! This system pre-inspects bulk product including (tablets, capsules, get caps, caplets etc) for defects including broken, incorrect color, incorrect shape, chip. System speeds are in excess of 300,000 tablets/hour. Additionally, the system can count accurately and automatically reject faulted product, insuring your bulk product is verfied prior to shipping or packaging.

Integrate directly into existing production lines

Interface systems from thermoformers to cartoners including pick a place transfer, laning from the thermoformer. We offer complete cartoner magazine / infeed systems.

Pharmaceutical Product Inspection

Scanware Lynx Spectra Color Vision systems for thermoformer machines. Scanware Lynx 11 black and white vision system for thermoformer machines. This product is upgradeable to color in the field. All systems are CFR 21 Part 11 compliant.

It is a stand alone product, no PLC programming required

Our AlumiVision Foil Fracture, pinhole and pore detector units provide multi-zone pinhole detection to 10 microns. Optomized for sidewall blister inspection, it meets GMP, CE and FDA requirements and is validated. IQ/OQ documentation included.
