About Flexicell

Flexicell has been manufacturing robotic case packing and palletizing solutions since 1992. During that time, Flexicell has grown to be a leader in the robotic system integrator industry. Recognized by Adept Technology as a AAA integrator and by Fanuc Robotics as a level 2 integrator. Flexicell has the knowledge and experience to get the job done.

Flexicell's robotic case packing and palletizing cells are constructed around a robot. With our manufacturing capabilities, we are able to manufacture most of the components for each cell in-house. Each robotic cell is custom designed using Solidworks 3D CAD software. This allows our customers to better visualize the equipment that is being designed and manufactured. Flexicell also utilizes simulation software that allows our engineers to check robot cycle times.

When designing robotic cells, Flexicell's main concern is the end user. We use commonly stocked parts, SEW/Eurodrive gearmotors, Numatic valves and filtration, Allen Bradley electrical components and Emerson amplifiers and servos. All photocell and proximity sensors use quick disconnect cables, so that in the event of trouble shooting and servicing, the photocell/proximity sensor can be easily replaced without having to replace the cable. All field junction boxes have clear covers to assist in troubleshooting and all motors are run in conduit from the motor to a cable tray/trough.
