The PMMI Certified Trainer Program celebrated its seventh successful year this December, with worldwide participants from PMMI members, end-users and suppliers to the general public. The workbook, already packed full of information, has grown to change with the industry trends. New topics of interest include e-learning, the depth of learning theory and working with integrators, just to mention a few. However, the one constant “bug in the ointment” that erupts at nearly every session is the “gap” between the service technician/field service and the OEM sales rep.
