Carl Gardner is a Senior Functional Analyst for SRA, International, Incorporated. He currently works as a member of the staff of the Department of Defense, Automatic Identification Technology (AIT) Office. In this position, he assists in the development and implementation of logistics AIT policy and its implementation in the Military Departments’ and Defense Agency’s supply chain business processes.

He also responsible for conducting research and providing evaluations of new and emerging data collection technologies required to satisfy the Combatant Commanders, Military Services and Defense Agencies’ total asset and “in-transit” visibility requirements.

Mr. Gardner is a retiree from the US Army, where he gained more than twenty years experience in defense logistics and program management. Mr. Gardner is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, Florida Institute of Technology and the Defense Acquisition University.
