PRODUCT LIABILITY & GLOBAL STANDARDS

Machinery suppliers and end users have new responsibilities with the adoption of global (EN and ISO standards), the pending application of the new European Machinery Directive and the adoption of risk assessment withing the ANSI/PMMI B155.1-2006.  Yet machinery suppliers continue to be asked to do more with less.

This conference will introduce the new fourth edition of PMMI's Product Liability Prevention Manual to assist with these challenges, and will focus on the following topics:

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Users of packaging machinery, machinery manufacturers, packaging-related converting machinery manufacturers, integrators, rebuilders, modifiers and used machinery distributors/resellers from the pharmaceutical, food and consumer products machinery sectors.

This conference will include material for the following:  senior management, engineering managers, customer service managers, risk managers, health and safety managers and engineers.

The audience will include engineers and managers who have responsibilities for packaging machinery/lines, line integrators, safety and health, productivity and global deployment issues.

EVENT CANCELLATIONS
Full refunds will be granted for cancellations received on or before July 1, 2008.  Refunds will not be granted to NO-SHOWS or those cancelling after July 1, 2008.
