What do you like most about the packaging and processing industry?
What I like most about the packaging and processing industry is the positive effect that it has on almost everyone on earth. I also witness the commitment that my peers have to this industry, and it's a constant learning experience. There are always improvements, and it keeps me on top of technology advancements. These are things that helped me with my career.
What were your biggest takeaways from PACK EXPO Connects?
My biggest takeaway from PACK EXPO Connects is that it is possible to connect with our customers virtually. Of course, the connection level isn't as high as an in-person event, but our customers lean on us for technical solutions that can be provided using a virtual format.
To continue generating leads from PACK EXPO Connects, our team evaluated the most popular content we provided during the show, and we'll now focus on those topics, keep pushing our social media content and use marketing tools to lead our customers to the PACK EXPO landing page on the SMC website. And, of course, we will use the support from PMMI's marketing team.
