A few years after graduating as an Industrial Engineer from Georgia Tech, Julie started her career with SMC in the sales division. Without knowing much about Industrial Automation, Julie took it upon herself to learn how to be a technical resource and soon had a customer base mainly consisting of packaging OEMs. After some experience with the packaging OEMs and how they interfaced with large CPGs, Julie started engaging SMC’s new membership with PMMI.
