PMMI Skills Fund: Marchant Schmidt, Inc. Provides Non-Technical Training to Improve Employee/Customer Relations

Marchant Schmidt, Inc. identified PMMI’s Fundamentals of Field Service course as the best option for employee training. This PMMI Members-only two-day workshop explores non-technical knowledge and skills needed to be a great technician.

Marchant Schmidt, Inc.’s employees at all levels learned a variety of non-technical skills, from becoming trusted advisors to the importance of documenting service calls. As a result, communication improved drastically with both internal and external customers.
