The cutoff date for the room block at The Ritz-Carlton has passed, but we have a few rooms on hold at the group rate. If you need a reservation, please email mmunoz@pmmi.org with your arrival and departure dates, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

‍Hotel Cancellation Policy: You must cancel your room directly with the hotel at least (7) days prior to your arrival date in order to avoid paying a fee of first and last night’s room and tax. Cancellations after this date will forfeit the deposit.
