Hotel Cancellation: Cancellations made within 28 days of arrival will forfeit one night's room and tax.
Alcohol Service in Cancun
The Kempinski Hotel Cancun, like many resorts in the area, ends alcohol service at 11 p.m. to comply with government regulations. If you decide to leave the property, there are few restaurants within a short walk that have a later closing. As when visiting any new/unfamiliar area, be mindful of your environment.

PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS
Be sure your passport is valid. Some countries require that your passport be valid at least six months beyond the dates of your trip. Currently, Mexico requires that your passport is valid for the dates of your travel. Go to the U.S. State Department for updates. If your passport is not valid 6 months after travel, be sure to check with the airline as some require this to travel.
Airport Transportation
PMMI will cover your ground transportation to and from the hotel starting Saturday, April 13 to Thursday, April 18. Any transportation booked outside of these dates will be charged to your room. The price will be $32usd + 15% service charge per person, with a minimum of 2 people per transfer. Single transfers will be charged a surcharge.
