Meet the Mentors

Members of the PMMI Emerging Leaders Committee serve as mentors for the program. All mentors are established in the packaging and processing industry and bring a wealth of experience across the industry.

Stacey Harimoto

Senior Application Engineer
FANUC America Corporation

Stacey Harimoto leads robotics and automation projects in warehousing and logistics, bringing both deep technical expertise and strategic insight from her engineering degrees and MBA. A lifelong robotics enthusiast, she is a collaborative mentor who supports emerging leaders in building confidence and growing their careers.

Austin Leighton

Applications Engineer
BluePrint Automation (BPA)

Austin Leighton works in a small, cross-functional department where he leads equipment pricing strategy, manages proposal and documentation standards, and integrates new technologies from their sister company into internal systems. Known for taking initiative, Austin proactively identify problems and implement solutions—developing tools like internal CAD block database to improve accuracy, efficiency, and standardization across our work.

She drives organizations to eliminate waste, innovate across operations and product design, and keep materials within the circular economy, all while meeting rising stakeholder expectations and packaging legislation.
