Kristi has served in a variety of roles including Employee Relations Manager for a Fortune 500 company, internal OD specialist and trainer in several local government organizations, and as a coach and consultant to private and public sector senior leaders. Her clients span local government organizations in Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, and Roanoke and Montgomery Counties, Fairfax City, Falls Church, Herndon, Alexandria, and the District of Columbia as well as private sector clients in the architecture, trade association, property management, accounting, construction, and commercial real estate development industries.
Kristi’s Education and Professional Training
Kristi graduated summa cum laude with an MA in Public Administration from the University of Virginia and graduated with a BA in Politics from Washington and Lee University. Kristi’s post-graduate work has included earning a certificate in Organizational Development from Georgetown University. Additionally, Kristi is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach, a high-level distinction as an experienced coaching practitioner, by the International Coaching Federation, and is certified in the Leadership Circle Profile, DISC, MBTI, and the EQI2.0. Kristi is a certified Diversity Executive and Diversity to Belonging and Culture Facilitator.
