Registration Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellation must be received by Friday, March 31st to obtain a refund on the registration fee, minus a $100 administration fee. Refunds will not be granted to NO-SHOWS or those cancelling after this date.

 

Activity Cancellation Policy

If you sign up for an activity and are unable to attend, you must cancel 10 business days before the scheduled event or find someone else to fill the slot to get a full refund. To cancel an activity, send an email to [email protected]

A block of rooms has been set aside at the La Cantera Resort & Spa for the Executive Leadership Conference at a confirmed rate of $289 plus tax per night for single/double occupancy and $20 resort fee. Please be sure to book your room by the cutoff date of Tuesday, March 14. After this date we cannot guarantee the rate or that a room will be available. Your credit card is required to confirm your reservation.

Attire

Meeting attire will be resort casual unless otherwise noted in the program.  Below are some definitions to help with your planning:

  • Resort Casual - Women: Slacks, skirt with golf shirt or blouse, walking-shorts ensemble, or sundress. Men: Slacks, walking shorts, sport shirt or golf shirt.
  • Golf Course Attire - Collared shirts required. Soft spikes are mandatory; playing golf in bare feet, sandals, open-toed or elevated heel-type shoes is not permitted. Tennis or Athletic shoes are permitted.
  • Chairperson’s Reception and Dinner - Cocktail attire. Men: Please wear dress pants with a button-down shirt. It is recommended that a man wears a jacket. A tie is not necessary. Ladies: Please wear either dress or slacks with a blouse. No jeans or sneaks.
  • PMMI’s Wild West Hoedown – Casual attire. Feel free to dress in your best cowboy western outfit. Jeans, boots, and ten-gallon hat.
  • Bocce Events - Casual attire.
