Seven Dance Steps to Advance Your Career

Caterpillar Inc., Vice President Tana Utley inspired a packed room of women -and men- at the Packaging & Processing Women’s Leadership Network breakfast at PACK EXPO Las Vegas (September 25 - 27, 2017) with her keynote Dancing on the Glass Ceiling. She shared her experience progressing from a working level engineer to vice president in charge of the Large Power Systems Division at Caterpillar, providing seven “dance steps” to help women make the most of the opportunities that exist in the manufacturing industry. Tana’s message is worthwhile for everyone in our industry.
