Millennials make up the biggest working group of Americans by generation and industry leaders are seeking to bridge the perceived communication gap between themselves and Millennials. One method of bridging this gap is by learning the purchasing and trade show habits of Millennials already within the industry. Millennial habits fall in line with other generational demographics when it comes to the overall purchasing process.
