Founded in 1889, Clemson University has Internationally recognized faculty members, top-tier students and abundant opportunities for meaningful research in both undergraduate and graduate degree programs. Clemson offers one of just a few packaging science undergraduate degree programs in the U.S. Our program is unique as it blends biology, chemistry and physics alongside graphics and marketing principles. All packaging science students are required to complete a six-month co-op assignment with one of our approved industry partners. Since this is a very hands-on major, you'll get to work with package design and graphics, food and health care packaging, and advanced materials.
