EXPO PACK Shipment Assistance Program
The EXPO PACK Shipment Assistance Program encourages and supports PMMI Members who exhibit machinery at EXPO PACK shows by providing a shipping reimbursement of up to $5,000 USD per show. PMMI Members who ship machinery to Mexico from other countries for display during EXPO PACK Shows are eligible for reimbursement at a rate of $250 per square meter, up to a maximum of $5,000 USD.
The deadline to submit for reimbursement is July 10, 2026.
Program Process
- Gather your proof of machinery shipment and documentation of costs from your shipping provider.
- Complete and submit the online reimbursement form by July 10.
- PMMI will review your submission and supporting documentation.
- Approved reimbursements will be issued within 30 days of approval.
