Prior to joining Morrison in 2011, Wilson had a distinguished 25-year career in leadership positions at Ford Motor Company. Here, Wilson was a member of the Diversity Council, and established herself as a mentor to foster the development and advancement of women at Ford. She now does the same in the packaging industry as an executive council member of PMMI’s Packaging & Processing Women’s Leadership Network (PPWLN). In 2019, Wilson was named to Crain’s Notable Women in Manufacturing, as well as the5th Annual Jack Lanigan Sr. Memorial Big Shoes Award recipient for those who support of education and future workforce programs. She is also a winner of the 2020 STEP Ahead Award from the Manufacturing Institute, honoring the best female leaders in manufacturing
