Jill Miller is Founder of Below the Line where combines her 15 years of food industry and capital equipment experience with an innovative Responsible Exit Model that transitions companies from closely held to employee owned and acts as a catalyst to seed wealth for future generations. In addition, she also advises suppliers, processors and CPGs on strategies for reducing wealth inequality in the food industry supply chain.
