ProFood Tech attendees will experience cutting-edge technologies and innovative industry solutions showcased by more than 440 of the world’s top suppliers over 150,000 net square feet of exhibit floor.

“The North American market has been underserved when it comes to food and beverage processing events,” says Pittas. “Since announcing our plans for ProFood Tech over two years ago, we have worked tirelessly to identify and address the key issues keeping North American food and beverage processing operators up at night.”

ProFood Tech was developed with the input of a “Who’s Who of Food and Beverage” advisory council: Tetra Pak, Delkor, Krones, Chr. Hansen, Serac, Azo, Harpak and Deville Technologies, to guide show producers in understanding the most critical trends and issues facing the industry. ProFood Tech caters exclusively to the food processing industry and allows attendees to exchange ideas with leading processing suppliers from both large companies that serve several market segments and smaller niche companies that focus on more specific needs.

Attendees will benefit from 45-plus hours of blockbuster educational programming.

The ProFood Tech Conference Program, presented by IDFA, offers a wide-range of educational experiences to engage, inform and inspire with a wide selection of sessions including groundbreaking consumer research and how consumer trends influence product development. The ProFood Tech Learning Hub, conveniently located on the show floor, offers free, 30-minute educational sessions at the Innovation- and the all-new Regulatory Matters stages. These sessions offer attendees and exhibitors a look at breakthrough technologies, innovative applications and proven techniques from industry experts. Opening day kicked off with an inspiring keynote address by five-time National Football League Most Valuable Player Peyton Manning.

The show floor is open April 4-6, 10:00a.m.-4:00p.m., and is located in Lakeside Center, Level 3 in McCormick Place. Registration is available on-site.

The biennial ProFood Tech will open its show floor for the second time on March 26-28, 2019.
