Welcome to PMMI’s Compensation Market Analysis Dashboard! PMMI has developed this to give you the knowledge and tools to put together a competitive compensation package. This tool was built in connection with our recent white paper, Building an Effective Talent Strategy for the Packaging Industry, which gives you the strategies being used by leaders in the packaging industry to attract, hire, and retain leading talent. Our PMMI MaX work product, Trends in Packaging Machinery - Compensation Structures, also helps members to understand and adapt to trends in compensation structures.

This dashboard gives you the recommended salaries, education level, and years of experience for five major industry positions across six major U.S. cities, chosen based on our membership. Each quarter, PMMI will release information on 5 new job titles, for a total of 20 positions. Each job title will be updated every year, ensuring that your company is able to stay competitive in the job market.* In addition, you can download a detailed report that gives you the information you need to build a competitive job offer in your market including recommended salary, salary forecast, labor supply, common skills and responsibilities, and recommendations to build a strong job offer, and more. Once you click to download a report, you will be asked to input your email, and then you will be able to see the report.
