Verduyn B.V. was born out of the cooperation entered into on 1 September 1961 between the then "Hesser" agent in the Netherlands, Mr. Eykema Overweg, who had been conducting the agency since 30 November 1931, and Johan Verduyn. Verduyn B.V. has therefore been an agent in succession since 1931 for what today constitutes the Syntegon Processing & Packaging (v/h Bosch Packaging Technology).
