Trump announces 25% tariff on imports from countries which trade with Iran

President Trump truthed that any country doing business with Iran would be subject to a tariff of 25% on “any and all business being done with the United States of America.” Currently, scope is unclear, and there are no official documents codifying this action.

Please note that Iran does not provide visibility into trade flows. Using third-party data (World Bank and OEC) we anticipate the following top Iran trading countries may be hit and are of relevance to PMMI members: EU, China, India, and Switzerland.
