Vision 2025 Report, published by PMMI – The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies, examines insights from April 2017 ProFood Tech focus groups and interviews with nearly thirty CPG operations leaders to benchmark how manufacturers and OEMs are navigating changing consumer demands. The analysis indicates focus areas including planning and process such as front‑end loading, stage‑gate planning and consumer focus groups; equipment and supplier relations such as modular, flexible lines and supplier performance agreements; and organizational effectiveness and workforce development including cross‑functional platforms and skills capture, plus regulatory pressures such as FSMA and audit intensity.
