The 2026 Global Customer Codes of Conduct Quickie Survey, published by PMMI – The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies, examines how OEMs and suppliers respond to evolving customer Codes of Conduct and related ESG requirements. Based on a May 2025–June 2026 quick survey of 16 respondents, the analysis indicates results are directional and offer benchmark context for compliance and verification practices. Focus areas group compliance scope and verification, including human-rights attestations, audit rights and environmental reporting; operational burden and case-by-case management; and third-party platform participation and associated administrative costs, with charts highlighting limited platform adoption.
