Overall Equipment Effectiveness QS 2026

Published:

The 2026 Overall Equipment Effectiveness Quickie Survey, published by PMMI – The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies, examines how OEE solutions are being offered and utilized across revenue bands in a 2025–2026 supplier survey. Drawing on supplier responses and benchmark comparisons, the analysis indicates focus areas including core KPIs such as downtime, output and performance; underserved analytics such as predictive maintenance, AI-driven recommendations and root cause analysis; and data visibility and deployment models from dashboards to ERP and cloud or on‑premise integrations. Charts highlight equipment coverage and planned expansion across line types, while emerging patterns show priorities for live monitoring, preventative maintenance and integration.
