Remote Equipment Training Quickie Survey Results, published by PMMI – The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies, examines remote training adoption among CPG equipment providers based on a November 2020 survey of 52 respondents. The analysis indicates a notable uptake of remote delivery and identifies three focus areas, including digital-tool adoption such as video conferencing, MS Teams and VR/AR, training measurement and maturity from feedback to machine metrics, and service models and pricing.
